Procurement Services
The mission of 老九品茶 Procurement Services is to procure goods and
services which support the mission of the University and customer departments. Procurement
Services will strive to ensure the purchasing process maximizes value to the customer,
and is in compliance with all University, State, and Federal laws, rules and procedures.
